Our machines and systems are tailored to the customer specifications while being technically and economically optimized.

Throughout the process, from the elaboration of the concept by our design office to the installation of the machine in your factory premises, INJA ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION offers a professional and customer-oriented project management.

In order to create our automation concept, our team will analyze your feeding and assembly processes. Together with you, we subsequently develop the most efficient manufacturing processes for your product. Depending on your requirements, in addition to the feeding and the assembly of the parts, we can integrate measurement and control technologies, such as machine vision, leak and pressure testing.

In order to meet your needs, our solutions are composed of 2 to 32 workstations, each fitted with one to six feeding lanes. With an output of up to 100 cycles per minute, our machines assemble thus up to 600 parts / min. The focus of the machine design by ICM remains nevertheless a compact, user-friendly and robust design.

If the geometry, size or weight of the component make an automatic feeding impossible or when this is economically not interesting, INJA ROBOTICS & AUTOMATION offers semi-automatic assembly machines. By positioning the complex part(s) in the workpiece holder of the rotary table by an operator, the subsequent automatic assembly process is entirely ensured.

We offers tremendous scope for high volume production at low investment. The operation of these SPMs can be automatic, semi-automatic and manual in nature.

Special Purpose Machines (SPM) are those machines which are not available off the shelf. These are not covered in standard manufacturing programs. Therefore, those have to be designed & tailor made as per the customer’s specific requirements.
